Clinical supervision

I am board certified supervisor with the Minnesota Board of Social Work.  I offer both group and individual clinical supervision either through online video conference or in person.

I was the Clinical Intern Supervisor at my last agency position and love having the privilege of working with new social workers!  

My style of supervision is reflective.  I am supportive, friendly, and easy-going.  I emphasize exploring our internal reactions to clients, healthy boundaries and self-care in order to be in the field sustainably and thrive in our careers.

I am passionate about supporting more BIPOC social workers to both enter and stay sustainably in the field and explore the way race, privilege, gender, language, and culture add complexity to the work within ourselves and with clients. 

**Supervision is offered in both Spanish and English**
