Brenda Bustos, MSW, LGSW
Hello, my name is Brenda Bustos. I am a bilingual psychotherapist (Spanish and English), originally from Mexico City. I earned my degree in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana and later obtained my Master’s in Social Work with a clinical focus from the University of Oklahoma.

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are going through difficult situations, including anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, or major life transitions. I also support parents who are looking to improve their relationship with their children and develop tools that strengthen the family dynamic.
I have experience working with trauma, including adverse childhood experiences. My approach is flexible and client-centered, tailored to the needs of each individual.
As a bicultural therapist, I understand the challenges of migration and the process of adapting to life between cultures.

My goal is to help you identify what is influencing your emotional well-being, provide you with tools to manage it, and support you in a process of restructuring that allows you to move toward greater balance and an improved quality of life.

I am practicing under the supervision of Brenna Batres, MSW, LICSW
